A New Director For Cambrian

Bolton-based independent residential property developer, Cambrian Homes, has recruited David Walls as its new Operations Director.
David joins the family-owned company from Castle Homes - a small private developer. Prior to this he was employed as Technical Director at Barrett Chester.
He will be responsible for overseeing all day to day operations at Cambrian Homes, co-ordinating the construction, technical and sales functions for all developments including the company’s proposed scheme to develop 24 new luxury apartments at Hawkshaw in 2008.
Married with a grown up family, David lives in Sandbach, Cheshire.
He said: “I am looking forward to contributing to the continued growth of Cambrian Homes as it continues to establish its presence and develop its reputation in the North West.”
His appointment has been welcomed by the company’s Managing Director, Michael Blake, he said: “We are delighted to have David on board. He brings with him a wealth of experience in the residential property sector and will be a real asset to Cambrian Homes as it continues to grow and launch yet more exciting developments across the North West of England.”
