Leave Bolton on the A579 (St Helens Road), turn left into Plodder Lane B6199. The access lane is on the left within 1/4 mile. Alternatively it can be found by leaving the M61 at junction 4 following signs to Farnworth but turning left into Plodder Lane at the traffic lights.
